Global Broker Activation Specialist

We are looking for a Global Broker Activation Specialist to play a key role in the execution, tracking, and optimization of global broker agreements. In this position, you will help maximize value creation, ensure compliance, identify growth opportunities, and support global category leaders in driving business results.

Your Mission
As a Global Broker Activation Specialist, you will ensure the successful activation and execution of global broker agreements across suppliers, countries, and categories.
By leveraging data, fostering stakeholder engagement, and identifying untapped opportunities, you will contribute directly to revenue optimization and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the implementation of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and global broker agreements across countries and suppliers.
- Track service delivery and agreement compliance to ensure commitments are met on time and in full.
- Analyze spend and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare business reviews, reports, dashboards, and execution trackers for key stakeholders.
- Partner with Finance teams to quantify broker fee performance and identify unrealized value opportunities.
- Support year-end reconciliation activities through data collection, validation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with Global Category Leaders to identify new suppliers, geographies, and growth opportunities.
- Proactively identify and escalate potential risks impacting forecasts or agreement performance.
- Ensure effective communication with suppliers and international stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Experience working within multicultural and matrix organizations.
- Knowledge of procurement, supplier management, finance, or related business functions is highly valued.
